Who are you ? Know your neighbours but do not....
This nation desires to digitize all transactions, but never ensures such digitized data is safe in Govt's. hands !
Still, except with Govt., we do not need to share our critical private details anywhere, i mean anywhere.
Let it be Facebook or WhatsApp or Twitter, Google, Microsoft, all of them being non-Govt. agencies. No need to give them true details.
Following are our private critical, crucial data : Date of Birth, Mobile No., PAN No., AADHAAR No.,or Address, even to some extent the EMail id.,
The Indian data websites never worry about our safety that they will share all our data to others, anybody, good or bad, for cash.
Except with real world friends, let us not share our private details with others or websites.
We have physical security risk in a world of people like MGM (mafia) !
Except with Police, that too on demand, there is no need to reveal our identity to anyone. Even to your neighbours.
Neighbours need to know the members of our house only by personal appearance, not by name or other data.
Only by foregoing our security, we may make more member friends in facebook, etc.
No need for us to add members who we have never seen or will see in future.
If we know somebody by phone conversation voice, let it be static, unless there is mandatory command that names or numbers must be shared !
Even do not add any family members to your account in facebook etc.,and do not show the type of relationship between any two members.
When other people have shared all their details on the social media, linking yourself to them is dangerous, as they may reveal the data you hold up.
Do not create too many accounts on the websites or Apps, with too many e-mails or mobile Num. Use one single account to log in with other websites.
For argument sake, take this map ...
You have given mobile No. and Address and Name to the grocery shop for delivery purpose.
The Aadhaar No. Your Photo and mobile No. to your Gas supplier.
The e-mail id and bank account No. to your EB or such agencies.
The DoB and PAN No. Aadhaar No. Your photo and Mobile No. to your banker who is not a govt establishment.
1.1 Small, medium business have a same network connecting the local server data and the internet ! Voices are caused, while Data is passed !
1.2 Everyone of them is a separate identity; but all the chief of these agencies have delegated your personal data to their lower level staff, as many chiefs are mostly aged and having no exposure to usage and safety of data storage in electronic media. Indian data is open for mining.
1.3 A knows x, y; B knows y, z; C knows z, x; D knows j, k ; and E knows j, z !
1.4 Now all data are shared among all !
Indian data storage dealers (all those listed above) are not a tightly-knit ethical society for electronic data; they have no care or ethical responsibility for the data they handle. They are the supply or open source for hackers from abroad or local.
Let us make others find it difficult to identify us without our safe data as told above. Never share your photo or Bio-Metric with anybody except Govt. authority.
Remember : Lakhs of Bank Accounts a few years ago did not have mobile No. or PAN No. or Real Address. How the Bankers allowed such accounts to be opened ? or if it was obtained at first, then how they vanished from bank records later, when defaulters were to be nabbed ? Remember 'The Cobra Post' ? Please read this story from top to decide what to share, with whom ?
